No wonder packet not deliverd

Been trying to trace packet send on 14 December 2012 to Canada. Local office cannot assist. Website only indicate that it left South Africa. After holding on for close to 25 min, gentleman answers phone but cannot assist. keeps on referring me to Canadian post office website. He refused to give his name. Notwithstanding repeated requests to speak to supervisor, he terminated the call.
