Phone has been lifted and put down in my ear twice.

NONE of the numbers are being answered, NO OPTION TO LEAVE A MESSAGE.
NO PRE-RECORDING SAYING EVERYONE IS OUT OF THE OFFICE/ OFFICE HOURS ARE OVER.

OK- phone has just been put down in my ear a third time... let's try again...
Just been done a fourth time... and no, it is not a system cut-off- you can hear someone breathing.

Mathapelo is the customs official I am trying to contact to know where my packet is, which they took delivery of in July. Maybe they know exactly who has it, (put down a fifth time) which is why they are not answering?
