No answer or assistance at customer service centre

I have been trying for 3 days to get hold of the call center to trace an international parcel that was send to the USA on 30 November 2013. Branches unable to assist and the track and trace service on the website is not helpful. I even contacted the US postal service and they were more helpful. Parcel have not reach the US. I think it is very bad service from the post office
