Moroccan Trade
All I did was ask if there was DIscount!

I walked into the Moroccan trade centre at Lifestyle and was interested in purchasing Moroccan wall tiles. The tiles, approx. 10cm x 10cm were not priced - I asked the lady behind the counter how much they cost - I was told R35 each - considering that I would need a couple of hundred tiles, my next question was to politely ask if there was any discount if I bought a lot...? The harsh reply I received was just NO!! and I was told there are some people that come in here and buy up to R16 000 and R18 000 worth of tiles - this was the end of the conversation and she continued her prior conversation with one of the other staff members behind the counter.
I felt so insulted that I felt the need to apologise and said sorry that I had asked - no response! I left the shop somewhat shocked!!! Never will I put foot back in there...
