Defective marble tiles

Sandstone Story in Ballito, KZN is a retailer of natural stone including marble tiles. They claim to be a high-end store. We purchased marble tiles from them for a significant sum, and paid in cash in full upfront as we were told we would get a discount. They delivered two weeks later, tiles that were filled (they led us to believe only inferior tiles were filled), cracked and chipped. Four months later, they refuse to refund us moneys paid or to even replace the tiles that are unusable.
