How long does it take to get an overseas item?

Last year I ordered a parcel from [URL Removed] (see invoice attached).

They gave me tracking number RD 026397876SE and advised me that the parcel arrived in South Africa on 7th January 2013.

I have called the Track and Trace line on over 20 occasions.

In early February I was given a local tracking number - RI 270325980 ZA

Every time I call I am told that the parcel is at the Johannesburg sorting office.

I have tried the numbers 011 961 6030 and 011 961 6031 that the track and trace centre gave me on several occasions, each time holding for up to half an hour.

Today somebody answered the phone and advised me (in very poor English) that my parcel still hasn't been cleared. When I asked her the date on which the parcel was received at your centre, she put the phone down.

I have called again 3 times today, each time holding on for over ten minutes just to get the phone answered.

The last time somebody answered, I was told that I would be put through to customer services but nobody answered. Eventually, after over 12 minutes of holding on, the call cut off.

How do I find my parcel??
