Bad attitude

I have been visiting dream nails and has been pleased with the quality of service until today when the store manager (Suzan) gave me an attitude. I was the last client and she really made me feel like I was wasting her time as it was past closing time. She actually made mention that it is not part of her job to sit and wait up for clients. I found that to be very unacceptable and disgusting mainly because I visit the salon twice a month and that did not mean anything, she forgets that she earns a salary because of us. She is very unprofessional and she even shouts her colleagues infront of customers.
