Non delivery of goods

Item was posted to me on 19/02. Today 8/03 and I still havn't received anything. If I trace parcel, its still at Witspos Hub. It was only scanned there on 6/03!!! I understand there has been a strike but this is totally unacceptable. Customers are waiting for their items purchased which is included in the package and it in turn relates to a very unprofessional image for my home industry!!!
