HIRE IT NOT ANSWERING CALLS ON 3 LINES AND CLOSED

I Phoned HIRE IT Saturday from 09:33 am until 12:20 and got no answer, why even have a telephone?
Furthermore I got there 12:15 and when I got there they were closed before the advertised time of 12:30.

I'm very very utterly disappointed in this as there is no service whatsoever!

There were also no sign boards up stating whether Hire IT were closed for that day in specific or if they are only opening on they 14th (today)
