Service? What service?

I phoned Metrofile in January 2013 requesting a quotation for archive boxes. Nothing was received and around 5 follow ups were made. Finally after an irate call to the service manager, a quotation was emailed through. I made payment the following day, now 21 February. Proof was sent with a query on an ETA. Today, 7 March, I've heard nothing. When you phone it rings for a minute before someone answers. If you are not cut off, you then get passed from person to person. I still don't know when we'll get this delivery.
