SA Post Office
Parcel at Durmail for 2 weeks, and NO resolution!

I have sent a small parcel thru the Post Office in PMB. Tracking number: PE 764969281ZA
This parcel is stuck at Durmail since 20/02 until today - 12 working days today! There is also NO answer when calling the call centre - and NO ONE to solve this huge delay! The parcel is going to Pretoria for a customer - now resulting in poor customer service!! The Post Office is ridiculous! I need this resolved ASAP please!
