I posted a package to Thailand in May 2013. I have received emails time and time again from the receipients stating they have not received the parcel.
Today i decided to track the parcel online and the information i received was that the parcel was in transit Durmail on 03/06/2013.
No other information is mentioned on this parcel besides that!!!
The call centre does not answer, i have been on hold for ages!!! Please could you inform me as to what is happening with this parcel.
