My package seems to have taken a 5 day hiatus at Durmail (Hub)!?!
Can somebody PLEASE kick my parcel up its back-side and tell it to get going. The journey ahead is still long.
It's a scholarship application, and therefore the longer the delay, the more likely I am to miss the deadline date.

I have usually received excellent service from the mail department, so I'll just take this as a bit of a hiccup. Let's not make a habit of it, please guys.
