I sent a parcel on 13/02/2013 with track no PE381629636za. when tracking it, it is still stuck at DURMAIL. In this parcel is a book for the student that need to study for the assignments due soon. when phoning the 0860111502 & 0313363305 there is no response. This is terrible service, no wonder people are using corrier services now
