WORST EVER SERVICE AND STAFF

Took a dress to them to make a small alteration, was told to come back next day - I did. Dress not touched, found lying underneath a pile of other clothes. Dress cost R1, 000. Left in a huff, lady called back and said the Lord told her to call me back -long story, got dress altered 2 days later and swore never to go back. 3 months later, take jeans in for new zip - surely I cannot get the same treatment a second time, right - WRONG! SAME STORY. Go back over 24 hours later, zip not replaced-again lying under a pile of other stuff. Bought a sewing kit for R49 from the shop, but was charged R89! Refused to give money back. Their core business is alterations and dry cleaning - for some reason whenever I walk in, they it up! Is it me? No, she said, its not me! How do they actually keep their doors open is beyond me!
Wish I could express my true anger...
