Botch up job of scar camouflage permanent make-up

After the first and second treatment I had infections, the second time being particularly bad. It took more than a week to heal after I had to rip the scabs off to clean underneath. It took out most of the colour applied to the scars and the colour that did survive was dark orange-brown. Then one of them had some green in it. After countless cancellations of appointments, I told Nicola my concerns and that she has already has a complaint on hellopeter and said threatened me by saying, "We know how to deal with people like you." I want people to be spared the same suffering I went through.
