Rude obnoxious store manage

Had a hair colour and cut at Spoilt on Fri 29 Nov, specifically asked they be careful about getting colour on my skin. Had burning sensation around left ear in the afternoon, got up saturday to find a dark mark next to my ear which burned when I washed my face. On closer inspection I noticed there was hair colour on and all around my ears. Went back to salon Sat morning at 10.30 to say was v.unhappy, and not sure if dark mark was colour or a bruise from Bev trying to get the colour out. Had very helpful and friendly response from all but the manager who was shockingly rude & obnoxous. Told me I should expect to get colour on skin with a dark tint, was not getting my money back & I should go elsewhere next time. I explained I was not there to get my money back, just wanted them to not be careless & properly clean the area. After cleaning, young lady confirmed my suspicion that the mark was not color & skin bruised. When I asked the manager if I should also expect to have my skin rubbed off with a dark tint he said that I had comeinto the salon with the mark, was my word against his, refused to give me his name or the owner so I could escalate complaint, said was none of my business
