Debbie's Permanent Make-up
Misled

I approached Debbie through an e-mail after having permanent makeup on my scars botched up from another permanent make-up artist. I asked if she could help me and she said yes. She treated two of my scars, now saying she couldn't promise anything once having a look, and then I returned for her to have a look at her results. She said that the one that has some green in it was looking better. She claimed she was a miracle worker. I said the scars were a little dark in an e-mail and she said she had to order another pigment as she only has one. I contacted her afterwards and she said she'd call me when the pigment was ready then will contact me when she came to Parklands. After repeated calls and e-mails, all with the excuse that she's not available and busy or the phone going to voice-mail, I finally received an e-mail from her saying my scars weren't her problem and she must just leave it and that the pigment didn't take to my skin despite the fact she previously said she saw an improvement. I could have been told this after my last consultation instead of agonizing about it for weeks. Clients have feelings and not there just provide money.
