My furniture was delivered from PE to Centurion on 3 December 2012. The truck was almost as wet as a fish tank inside, my wall unit was wrapped in soaking wet blankets. I complained as the veneer on the press wood started to bubble, 6 weeks ago they came to fetch the units, I was told it was Normal Wear & Tear. They fixed a desk that they broke and paid out for damages to my caravan, but refused to replace my wall units. I eventually told them to just bring back mt stuff as my TV/Hi-Fi etc has been standing on the floor for 5 weeks. The wall unit was returned last night in a worse condition than was in when the fetched it for repairs. Now I wonder how I could be responsible for the further "normal wear & tear" that occurred at their stores. If anyone intend doing business with this company, please take pictures of all your belongings before they load it. It looks like they transported my stuff in the sunken Titanic to Pretoria.
