Witspos Hub Striking our parcels not delivered

The parcel I bought was sent on the 11/02/2013 and it reached the WITSPOS (HUB) on the 13/02/2013 and currently on the SAPO track and trace system it is still in transit at WITSPOS (HUB) due to the fact that they are striking. I have paid for the delivery of this item and if I knew it was going to be so unreliable I would have chosen a different delivery method. The terrible part is I have paid for a service which I'm not getting and when I called the SAPO helpline number they said there is nothing they can do. If I could fetch my parcel I would however the helpline would not give me the number of the WITSPOS (HUB). I have also tried to google there number which is 011-495-0618 on the SAPO webiste but the number just rings and then cuts off. There is no service what so ever here! How can you expect me to use your services again?
