I purchased a PVP for my sons birthday. He was ecstatic when he received it but after about 5 days of playing it kept freezing. I contacted Calasca but have had nothing but the run around. I even personally delivered it back to their office to send back to supplier. That was on 24 Jan. From then on and its now 26 Feb they have given me all sorts of excuses WHEN they decide to reply to emails, (they do read them!). I was promised a refund Monday, 18th Feb. I AM STILL WAITING and its 26 Feb. You are a bunch of!!! UBUNTU / DEAL ZONE all of the companies that use you as a supplier deserve to blacklist you for SHOCKING SERVICE. You explain to my 8 year old why get is given a game and then it does not work and is taken away...
