Order number and cash received but no delivery

Hello,

I placed an order on the website in their online shop, which looks serious and reliable. When booking the service everything goes smoothly, an order number is supplied and the total of the invoice shall be transferred on their account. So far so good.
After transferring the money immediately and 3 weeks of patient waiting there is still no sign of life so I follow-up and call the number mentioned on the web page. Instead a staff member a nice man answers the phone saying the company closed their doors in Cape Town and moved to Johannesburg and he is the unfortunate one receiving their number. Luckily, one can find a Joburg number where I called as well, finally landing with the company.
Asking for a person in charge, no one is available and also not returning a call. Very unprofessional for an executive service. They still have my 600R.
for test purposes i generated a 2nd order without payment, and also no reaction
