Awaiting response from mail complaint

I ordered a fridge KIC 314L Combi Fridge/Freezer 1 x 1740mm (h) x 600mm (w) x 618mm (d) from P&G Appliances from an Insurance payout) and did call them after a few days to complain about the fridge/freezer.
The baskets for the freezer are so flimsy that as you pull out the basket it slips down to the next level.
They have all frosted up so badly that I cannot even open the top basket
The fridge makes a funny noise (it is not silent like my old KIC)
I am really disappointed with the quality of this fridge especially since it is not cheap.
Please advise as to the next step - I have spoken to Jannie at P & G Appliances and he called them 2 weeks ago to come and look at my fridge and still to date no one has come.

I am really not happy with this KIC product.
