Avoid like the plague!

I took 3 pieces of art in to them to get laminated.
They destroyed all 3, and creased the one. When they returned the items they pretended that all was fine. After examining the pictures I noticed that one of them had its corners folded over and laminated over, the other one had fingerprints and smudges under the laminate and the last one was creased and laminated and all three were unfixable.
Upon questioning the owner she was rude, multiple times and effectively said it was my fault that they were damaged! She admitted that they had just bought the shop and no one in it knew how to use any of the equipment but they were "learning fast".
They refused to reimburse me for the artwork, and even one of their staff quit after this episode due to their lack of manners, ethics and general demeanor.
They are extremely unprofessional, unqualified to do any of the business that they advertise, generally rude to customers and all in all it is a very unsavory, crooked establishment and if you want to be ripped off and treated like an animal then go to colours unlimited.
