Bad service

I signed a contract on 28 January 2013 that they have to come and do my garden every 2 weeks

I was in hospital for a week and didn't really care about anything except my health. But when I came back home on Sunday and I see that my garden looks I got someone else.

They came on the 30th and then yesterday they wanted to come again (the 20th of Feb 2013.) I told them that they should have come a week ago and told them I did arrange with someone else to cut my grass and their boss can phone me.

He phoned me this morning and I explained it to him. He then told me I'm some kind of low class piece of (but he is guilty of bad service) and I did swear at him because no one offends me when I'm in the right.. He said he will see me one day and bla bla bla. I expected a good service and all I got was someone who doesn't have manners and can't keep track of their clients.
