Waitinf for urgent delivery of study material

I have been waiting for my study material to be delivered to the Wonderboom poort post office since February. There was the strike which caused a delay, I understood that. But I keep receiving notifications that my parcel has been delivered and when you log onto the web track n trace it also states that is has been delivered to the post office but when we go there it's not there. It cost me petrol money everytime I drive there as we no longer live near the area and is 50km away. On Sat 30 March when we went there for the 5th time we were informed that Unisa Study material are being held back due to Unisa owing them money. Now I want to know who then is sleeping and keep sending notifications out when the parcel is clearly not delivered, who is updating the track n trace website when it's clearly not delivered AND what are you doing about getting my URGENT study material delivered??? I want answers within 2 days andI want my petrol money back from the post office for making me drive there everytime in vain.
