Wedding venue cancellation 6 months in advance

I cancelled my daughters wedding booking six months in advance. They do not want to give me the full refund. Every time I mail them they ignore my mails. I got Tilla's number on the wedding expo's page. I phoned her couple of times every time they have an excuse. I asked them yesterday to supply me with a copy of what they are willing to refund me with but to no avail. If I phone now they say that they did a refund but nothing showing in my bank account. I just phoned again for proof of payment and got promised I will get it via email.

My payment was for the booking of the venue R 8200.00, For a cash bar R1500.00 and the DJ booking R1800.00 totaling R11500.00.

Please intervene as this is going on for 6 months already.
