Not supplying quoted product

On 21st February 2009 I received a quote for 2 off 500 ton grain silos plus 1 grain elevator with a capacity of 40 ton per hour. After erection of the complex I informed him that the grain elevator could not deliver the 40 ton per hour as specified and paid for in full. After numerous complaints since 2009 and various efforts by them to try and rectify the problem it still delivers only half ( - 18 tons per hour). The last repair effort was in November 2012. Problem is still not solved after numerous phone calls and telephone conversations. I am at my wits end as the cost is over R 130 000.00 and it does not seem if they are prepared to rectify this. This default causes great lost in time at harvesting seeing that a truck transporting the grain allows for only 1 hour loading time and at such a low speed filling the truck it is impossible to deliver the grain in the time allowed. I think that other customers of this company should be wary of promises that are not delivered. I am hoping that by going public through Peter.com I might have a positive reaction and they will actually rectify the problem.
