SAPO service shocking!!!

I am waiting for a parcel from George, posted at 16:12 on the 15th Feb 2013, reached JHB at 23:34 same day, but now it stuck at JHB since???
I had to pay R68 fee for speed service, but not getting my money's worth???
Please explain why I pay so much, but have not yet received my parcel.
If I had known that such bad service was going to be given, I would have used another courier company. SAPO service shocking!!!
