Poor Service and Extremely Bad After-Service

I had a tombstone engraved and installed by CL Funerals. I had made the deposit and I was told that it takes 2 days to engrave the stone and have it fitted. This was done.

On examination, I noticed that the stone was not fixed properly and letters that we had paid for was missing.

Over a month has gone and nothing was done to repair it. The owner, an Indian lady named, Lee, refuses to take my calls and just SMSs that it will be done. The owner attends other classes during office hours from a monday to Friday, gets a receptionist to take messages and never attends to the messages.

Please don't bother dealing with this business. They are overpriced and their service is EXTREME
