Extremely bad client service

I am still trying to find out who owns this company. I used them and paid R8000 to erect tombstone for my father on 3 August. The misprinted the tombstone and made errors. When I made follow up to get them to fix they were extremely rude telling me they were busy with other funerals meaning I was no longer important as they had my money already. How sad when you try to support local businesses. To this day, I don't know if they eventually fixed and this is eating me up and making me so mad!!! So very upset and disgusted!
