Not a place to relax

A friend and I got a voucher for a half day spa treatment for the above place.
There was a pool downstairs that the owners kids and dogs were swimming in. Dogs were barking and kids making a noise whilst we were trying to have our "relaxing" massages, etc.
The lady who runs the spa was smoking outside by the treatment areas.

It was just an unpleasant experience and one were we did not feel relaxed after or like we had had a nice afternoon.
