Poor service at Aspen Logistics

I have been asking for quotes for cross border routes from this transport company since the 1st February. The person responsible for sending the quotes is abrupt and monosyllabic and disinterested in sending quotes to potential customers which could result in new business. The attitude I encountered was very poor and dismissive. Every phone call I made felt like a major inconvenience to the person responsible for quoting who has since never actually sent a single quote. Very disappointing.
