After 9 days still NO delivery from PTA to JNB

Hi,

After having so many bad experinces with delivery of international parcels, I am now shocked to realize that Post Office is even worse in domestic deliveries.

I bought some goods from Bid or Buy and the supplier posted it on Wednesday last week (tracking no. TC 179686121ZA) from Pretoria to be delivered to my residence in Johannesburg. I paid R 140.00 for the shippment, but after NINE days my parcel hasn't arrived nor could I get any useful info on their web site tracking service.

It is shocking that Post Office cannot deliver parcel from the place only 40 km away from JNB . Their level of incompetance is astounding and a horrible service has become almost a rule.

As I purchase many things on various domestic and international sites I have lot of interaction with the post office, and must say that I've never experienced such a horrible service.
