Poor Product Quality - NO REFUNDS

Buyers of LED's beware. I purchased more than R10, 000 worth of LED's from this company. I began replacing my existing 25W halogens in January and to date have installed 20 of their MR16 12v LED's. Out of the 20 installed 3 have failed within the first month of installation. That is a 15 % failure rate. Yes they offer to replace the faulty LED's but you have to ship them back to the company in Cape Town, at your cost, and remember you payed to have them delivered to you in the first place. This is a BIG lose-lose for you as the consumer. You cannot even revert to the manufacturer as they are NO NAME BRAND LED's with no country of origin printed on the box. For the amount you save on their products its not worth it, rather buy from your local store or a brand name product from the web. You have been warned.
