Warning to LED consumers Part 2

Well 79days have passed since I posted my first complaint and we still have NO resolution. I have had to chase all the communications as ClearSky LED have not been proactively providing feedback. In total now 9 x MR16 LEDS have failed out of the 20 I installed & 2 x GR10 have failed out of the 8 installed (all within 3 months). I even took the faulty globes down to Cape Town with me on a business trip and hand delivered them to their house out of which they operate this mail order LED business. I requested copies of manufacturer warranty or name of manufacturer but have received nothing except empty promises. They even told me they were changing suppliers and that's why they could not supply replacements. DON'T believe a word they say folks! You have been warned. Copies of all my email correspondence with them are available on request.
