IQ started with a comma..???

I believe that i am talking to a bunch of half dead or totally dead. Are there any with a bit of savvy between the ears, working for Fonechoice? If you are alive, listen clearly now. I am sick and tired of your arrogant attitude to ignore me. If you are not competent to do your job, get back in your cave where you came from and give somebody with an IQ higher than 1, a change to do the job.
I logged a complain about a damaged phone on 7 January 2012 and up to date no call, no e- mail no response. Is that your company policy, to take money from people without rendering a service?
If your IQ starts with a comma, get somebody to read this complaint to you, and if you do not get someone in your company, please feel free to phone me.
The next step will be the ombudsman and then media and guess what: s next?? Now, get of your big, lazy fat and do your job, or find out...!!!
