DANGEROUS GOODS UNRESPONSIVE TO ENQUIRY

Good day,
After trying to find an e mail or web e mail address for leisure quip I finally On 21 November 2012 faxed an enquiry through to 012 7977314, Camp world, To try an establish who the distributors or manufacturers of the following product was: Wistling, Stainless steel kettle, 2.5 Lt, Indoor /outdoor Product no MQ7917.

I resent the same fax on 18 December 2012, and included on the fax was my e mail address, cell no and home no and to this day I still have not received a response from anyone!

What I wanted to tell them about this product is that the handle on the front part of the kettle is of inferior quality. It is not in or even secured by means of pop rivets but merely slots into plastic. We used this kettle on two camping trips the third time I used it at home during a power failure and the handle came loose as I lifted it of the gasstove. Pouring boiling water all over. I burnt my foot slightly but luckily jumped out of the way. During that time I had my four year old granddaughter in the kitchen with me and a cat. Can you imagine the disaster it could have caused?
Your comments on this product and why it is of such poor quality considering its use?
