PAID FOR SPEED SERVICES GET EXTRA SLOW SERVICE

Paid for Speed Service over night. Was sent on 19-12-12 received 27-12-12. Reason for delay is that container on Port Elizabeth airport was sent back to JHB instead to George airport. I faxed claim forms for refunding of postage on 27-12-2012. Until now, no answer or any form of response. What can I do now? I paid for a service I did not received.
