Disgusting service

I paid up front for 50 Mens vests to be made according to my specs. Two weeks later she sends me a proof of what I wanted done. The sample vest that was shown to me by the rep (who has since left the company) was not the one that was sent to me. I phoned and mailed Nirusha Naicker numerous times about this problem, and she refuses to respond, electronically or telephonically. This company is utter, and lacks professionalism and client service. DO NOT do business with them!! I will be taking this up with the consumer council and making sure that they run out of business. Bad, disgusting service!!!
