Still awaiting refund for goods not received

We have paid this company in hard cash by EFT R60587.30 (deposit), for a inv value at R121 174.59 after lots of stories battling to get the cable ordered and paid for, we only received half the order R52650.63. Awaiting refund R7936.67 since last year January 2012. Then the company where they got hold of the cable wasn't paid at all that amount was charge to our account not to the account of Lightsout. After losts of phone calls to Greame, Marius Kay and Jon (the owner) with empty promissed Ligthsout gave them Post-dated CHQ which RD and the amount still outstanding there is R9430.00.

Now we in 2013 and Lightsout still owns us R7936.67 and the cable supplying company R9430.00

i can't get hold of them on the phone no I've and Greame "Bookkeeper" says he not working for them since August 2012.
