I have been to sign up for something

I was invited to some seminar in Midrand some two years ago and I was fooled into signing the contract which actually needed me to have legal representation because apparently what I signed for was something that was binding to me as now I have been blacklisted due to the same contract I sign without clear knowledge, only half the truth of what was suppose to be disclosed to me, I have made several attempts to cancel this thing but I can't, only recently I was told that I can't cancel this thing that I am not interested in continuing with it, so can someone help me to clear my name for the credit bureau.
