Avoid these carpet cleaners

I arranged for my fitted carpets to be cleaned. 3 of the 7 areas were mostly unwashed as the cleaner did not lift the rugs from the floor - apparently this would leave a musty smell. I suggested simply leaving the rugs rolled up till the carpets were dry. A few areas remain unwashed where shelves, chest of drawers were not moved away.

When they returned, one room was left with a bright pink (looks like ink) spot and a bright green spot - effectively leaving it worse off than it was before. Jose, who seems to be the owner of the operation, was shouting at his worker as he worked (according to my domestic worker). Unacceptable treatment of workers who work under his instruction after all.

Quite disappointing.
