Global Visas
A year of terrible service and now written off!

We've been dealing with global visas for over a year now and are no closer to having our visas sorted out. We've been passed from one case manager to another (we've spoken to 6 now!) Oliver, now the manager I think, started off as one of our case managers. He and others at the branch have blatantly to us, they don't return calls or e-mails. The information finally given to us was incorrect. Refunds that were promised have now been written off. We've complained directly to the branch and even tried hellopeter a few months ago but had no response. We've now been told our case has been written off although the visas we've been trying to apply for are no closer to being obtained. It is hugely frustrating. Global visa's seemed great until we paid the fees and its been all downhill since then. There are just no words to describe just how poor their service has been!
