Property sold under false pretence

A new development cluster unit was sold to us in Nov/Dec. This property was still being built. We have had numerous amounts of problems here as our snag list refuses to get fixed. IE. live wires hanging from wall plugs (bearing in mind I have small kids in the house), electrical boxes hanging on hinges, raining through doors, and a whole lot more.
We have approached our attorney regarding this and it was discovered that our Offer to Purchases made out by Remax Agent is not that of a new development property being bought but that of an existing home with pool/pump/fixtures being bought. This property was purchased at 1.695 but yet paint is peeling off the walls and tiles lifting. Now we cant sell it as its been valued at 1.4 only and the property is only 4 mths old.
When asked for our building plans and list of scheduled finishes it falls upon deaf ears. We are yet to get any after sale service from the Remax Agent.
And when we do complain, my family is harassed and spied on and followed around. My kids get spied on at school and my wife gets assaulted.
Think it is shocking that when making an investment you get done in. Poor service.
