Vodacom contract

Good day to whom it may concern,

I would like to let you know that I am very disgusted by Vodacom, if it means anything to you.

My contract ended in September, and I phoned Vodacom myself. They agreed to stop the contract and allow me to keep the numbers only. Now they want to deduct another R 2100 and something from my account. Why?
