Misleading Membership Cancellation and Persistent Payment Claims

Good day,

This is about Planet Fitness. I was misled when it came to canceling my membership. Even though I paid the amount they said I should pay for cancellation, they are still sending SMSs every month claiming that I owe them.

I have been sending them proof of payments every month. I really don't know what to do anymore.
