I am really disappointed in this product, except for the tobacco falling out and having to smoke most of the time only half of the cigarette, the coal shoots and falls off... More than one occasion, my boyfriend and myself has burned ourselves and each other due to the coals just falling off as you ash it. The quality has gone down and I don't see why I have to pay R33 per pack when I get half of the quantity I pay for and burn myself with it too! Not at all acceptable.
