Rothmans Quality

With every few packets of Rothmans Mild - there is 1 or 2 cigarettes in the box that will have what looks like hard wood pieces in it, cigarettes is not cheap and if I am paying between R28 - R31 per packet I expect a certain level of quality - I smoke a pack a day! And I am disappointed in the level of quality from Rothmans as of recent
