Wrongful water disconnection

I hereby wish to have my water meter connected immediately as this weekend we have been severely inconvenienced since Friday morning.
Thinking that there was a pipe or water leakage in the area and waiting for the water to come back.
Due to your disconnections department disconnecting us illegally and not following correct protocol and procedures
or the meter being repaired as a theft query originally logged as!
